MESA 2023

 Dear all: just a few pictures, I asked some boys to share some for the blog recently--thank you Zaidien. We have been pushing hard, we visited the ruins of a palace (summer palace?) at 6200 feet yesterday as well as some artisanal potterers, weavers and wood carvers--sadly no one bought the $110,000 bull--it was amazing.  We will have classes in the morning and give them a well deserved afternoon off--they pushed through a rigorous travel schedule on the weekend without a break. group shot with a view of the main area of the palace ruins some of the boys on the top steps of the pyramid seen in the distance in the first picture. same pyramid as above with three boys on top the siren call of dominos thank you for the picture Zaidien.

 We finished our time in San Miguel de Allende and now are in Mexico City.  Here are some of the backlog of pictures to see. first some pictures from today: These were both from visiting the World Heritage site at Teotihuacan Next we have an older group shot from SMA Here is a casual shot from our climb of Peña de Bernal before our visit to Querétaro Here is a shot at the group studying on the rooftop of our hotel Casa Aliz.  June 4th-- We have spent our first full day in Mexico and the boys explored the city.  They had great times exploring the city and having street tacos.  I will send more formal pictures of the boys about town tomorrow, but tonight I will let them show you and explain the small part of the city they saw: Jerry Chen: Esta en un mercado en San Miguel de Allende. en la mañana Yo necesito ser más sabroso en Mexico Morgan Jay Yo saqué el foto museo de los juguetes.
